The staff is composed of seasoned instructors who not only work well together, they freely go to lunch together, party together and possess a genuine concern for each other. Once you become a member of the staff, you become a member of the family. It's no wonder that I encountered the same instructors in January 2012, that I encountered last July, and previously in 2010. This really shows out on the dive boats, as well as in the water. With the obvious exceptions of the shark and dolphin dives, where rules are in place in the interest of safety, experienced divers DUH REVHUYHG FORVHO\ DW ÀUVW then were given the respect of exploring at their own speed. You only had to stick with the guided group if you wanted to. In the event that someone did experience a need, a divemaster seemed to come out of nowhere to help. For those who preferred to explore at their own pace, the staff only made their presence known when it was necessary. But we felt assured in knowing that they were always there, even if we couldn't see them.
